OVERLANDING FOR BEGINNERS - Caring for the environment

As offroad overlanders we are a fortunate bunch as we get the opportunity to overland to places most other travellers don't. This freedom, however, comes with a great responsibility. The responsibility of caring for our environment. A sad sight I am seeing more and more often these days as I overland is litter. It is an eyesore as well as damaging to the beautiful country side we have. This is certainly not a problem isolated just to Australia. As more and more people get in to the overlanding lifestyle, It is becoming a world wide problem. So, if we are to preserve our heritage for future generations, prevent track closures, then we as offroad overlanders need to do our part in looking after our environment.

In this video I talk of some of the more important things I feel we should do.

Cheers!
