Lux and Track Africa was definitely the best choice we made to opt as our tour operator. Our stay was incredible at the Mashatu Tent Camp. The hospitality we received was a 10/10 and we were fortunate enough to have amazing sightings during our game drive. It was ultimately a luxurious experience and we would love to go back. Indeed, an unforgettable and memorable experience.

Duncan did the booking for us at Mashatu Game Reserve for early January 2025. The booking was done in early December 2024. Since then he kept in touch with us and kept updating. Later on closer to the trip, he managed to get us an upgrade to Euphorbia Lodge. He was always available whenever we had anything to clarify. The trip was great.

Duncan & Ajanie curated a custom travel itinerary for us. It included Cape Town and Kruger National park in South Africa. We got to experience the natural beauty, cultural diversity and the amazing food. The itinerary was well planed giving us time in between to explore on our own too. This was a far better travel experience than selecting from a pre-arranged tour package as our itinerary was custom created for our family requirements.A big thank you to Duncan & Ajanie. We just got back from 15 days in Moremi and Chobe national parks in Botswana. Also visited the amazing Victoria Falls in Zambia. One of the best holidays we have ever had. First time to visit any African country. We will definitely be returning. There is so much to see and experience. Duncan & Ajanie customised the tour package to suite us. Having never been to Africa before they gave us a lot of information and options to consider. They ket in touch before and during the tour. Something you don't get with most tour planners.
